Ingredients:  Brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, salt, cumin, cayenne, ground mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, no chemical crap

Barnyard Sweet & Spicy BBQ Rub (8 oz.)

Recommended Use:
✅ Rub generous amount on pork, chicken or beef, place in plastic bag and let marinate for 1 to 24 hours in the refrigerator and then smoke, grill or bake.

👩‍🍳Smoking Tips: Put meat out to get to room temp before cooking.
Halfway thru your cooking time, place meat & remaining juice in bag on to piece of foil and wrap tight.  Complete cooking time.  We cook our pork and beef ribs & butt at 220-225 degrees for about 5 hours.

✅ Sprinkle on popcorn...yum!
✅ Sprinkle on bacon once it is about half cooked.
✅ Add a little to potato or macaroni salad. 
✅ Sprinkle on scrambled eggs.
✅ Sprinkle on cooked meat for a little extra oomph. 
HINT:  This is made with brown sugar and can become hard over time.  Just microwave it 10 seconds at a time to soften the brown sugar.

Ingredients: chopped onions, bouillon, garlic powder brown sugar, Italian seasoning, thyme, no chemical crap

Easy Luigi's Lasagna Soup Seasoning
     
Makes 3 batches of 6 - 8 oz servings each    

Stove Top Recipe:
1.  In a large pot brown 1 pound ground beef and drain.
2. Dump in 4 cups of water, 1 1/2 cups of pasta of choice (I like bow tie or broken lasagna noodles), and 1/3 cup seasoning.

3.  Add one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and one 8 oz. can of tomato sauce and cover.
4.  Bring to boil over medium-high heat.  Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is done (about 40 - 60 minutes).
5.  Just before serving, add 3/4 cups of Parmesan cheese and stir in.
6.  Pour serving in bowl and enjoy.  Add a
 dollop of ricotta cheese for a little punch.
Note:  Add additional seasoning, water, etc. as you desire.
Note:  The longer it sits the better it gets.  Make a day early for a party.  Can be frozen too.

           Instant Pot Recipe:

1.  Brown 4 to 8 oz of ground beef on saute setting (about 5 min.).  I don't drain the fat, but you can if you want to.
2.  Add 4 Cups of water.
3.  Add 1 1/2 Cups of pasta of choice (I like bow tie or broken lasagna noodles).
4.  Add one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and one 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
5.  Add 1/3 Cup of seasoning and stir.  You can always add more later if you want more flavor.
6.  Close and lock lid.
7.  Set on high pressure for 3 minutes.  Will take about 15 minutes for pressure to build.
8.  When done, shut off and release pressure by opening the vent.
9.  Pour serving in bowl & add 2 teaspoons of Parmesan cheese on top and stir in.  A dollop of ricotta cheese is good too. The longer it sits, the better it gets.

Easy Luigi's Biscuit Bites Recipe 
        Makes 24 mini muffin pan bites
   

🥣 Easy Biscuit Bites Ingredients:
1 C Self-Rising Flour (If using All-purpose flour add ½ Tbl Baking Powder)
1 tsp Sugar
3 Tbl Melted Butter
2 Tbl Mayonnaise
½ C Milk
½ C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tbl Easy Luigi’s Lasagna Soup Mix Seasoning*

*Or add ½ tsp of Garlic Powder or Italian Seasoning or whatever seasoning/spice sounds good to you. Actually, no seasoning is required if you just want plain biscuits. Note: These bites are even good without the cheese.

👩‍🍳 Easy Biscuit Bites Recipe: (makes 24 mini biscuit bites)
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees and spray non-stick spray on mini muffin pan. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl and stir.
3. Stir in the wet ingredients with spoon until well mixed.
4. Roll ping-pong ball size balls and drop in to mini muffin pan.
5. Bake 8 – 12 minutes or until edges are golden. Best served warm.
Option: Brush melted butter on top when done. NOTE: You can also drop large tablespoons of mix onto greased cookie sheet for drop biscuits.

Big Dave's Steak Seasoning (8 oz.)

Recommended Use:
✅ Rub on steak, pork chops, or ribs and place in plastic bag and let rest for 1 to 2 hours and then grill or cook in skillet or griddle.

👩‍🍳 Cooking Tips: Put meat out to get to room temp before cooking.
For 1 to 1 1/4" steak to be medium rare, cook to 120 degrees.  Let it rest for a few minutes before cutting.

✅ Sprinkle on hamburgers or ribs before cooking.
✅ Sprinkle on fries or tator tots.
✅ Sprinkle on corn, green beans, other veggies.

Ineeda Fajita Seasoning (8 oz.)

Recommended Use:
✅ Place chicken pieces into baggy.  Sprinkle 2 - 3 tablespoons into bag along with 3 tablespoons of lime juice (optional) and about 1 tablespoon of oil.  Mush around to coat all chicken pieces. (Add more seasoning if needed depending on how much chicken you are going to cook).  Marinade in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes.

👩‍🍳Cooking Tips: If making fajitas, chop the chicken up first and can marinade in refrigerator over night.  Good to marinade veggies in it.

✅ Can be used with beef, ground beef and chicken wings too.
✅ Great on tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more.
✅ Mix with ketchup for a spicy hotdog.

Ingredients: chili powder, bouillon, cayenne, cumin, no chemical crap

Martha StewFart Chili Seasoning

Recipe:
1.  If using dry beans, place 1 3/4 cups of beans into large pot with 10 cups of cold water.  Soak over night or for at least 6 hours at room temp.
2.  Drain & discard soak water and rinse beans.
3.  Put clean beans in large pot and add 6 cups of hot water and 1/4 cup of seasoning mix.
4.  Simmer with lid tilted until beans are tender (1 1/2 - 2 hours).
5.  During last 15 minutes, add one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and a 6 oz can of tomato paste.  Optional: add cooked ground beef at this step.

1. If using canned beans, add one 15.5 oz can of kidney beans to pot with 6 cups of hot water and 1/3 cup of seasoning mix. 
2. Heat to boiling, then reduce heat. 
3. Add one 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes and a 6 oz can of tomato paste.  Optional: add cooked ground beef at this step.  Serve once reaches boil again.

2.  Add 1/2 large onion chopped into ground beef and cook for additional 3 minutes.
3.  Add two 14.5 oz cans of diced tomatoes and one 8 oz. can of tomato sauce.
4.  Add 8 oz of water (can do this by filling tomato sauce can and wash out).
5.  Add one 15.5 oz can of light or dark kidney beans drained and rinsed.
6.  Add 3 Tbls of seasoning and stir.
7.  Close and lock lid.
8.  Set on high pressure for 4 minutes.  Will take about 15 minutes for pressure to build.
9.  When done, shut off and release pressure by opening the vent.
10.  Pour serving in bowl & enjoy.  The longer it sits, the better it gets.
✅ Remove husk on corn, smear mayonnaise over corn, generously sprinkle chili or fajita seasoning all over, rap in foil and cook on grill (turning occasionally) on high for 15 - 20 minutes.
✅ Cook some ground beef in a pan and sprinkle some seasoning into the meat along with a little ketchup for a quick coney dog topping.
✅ Add to baked beans...oh yeah!
