We attended our first National Heavy Duty Truck (HDT) Rally October 11-17, 2020 in Hutchinson, KS. It was held at the Kansas State Fairgrounds, which is huge.
The RV park in the fairgrounds had full hook-up. There were a lot of first timers there and many without HDTs (yet). What an awesome group of people. If I heard it once, I heard it 20 times: "What a nice group of people". So true!
Gail and Steve Dixon did another great job of organizing the event.
We started the rally by getting our rig weighed by Trey & Susan Selman from RV Safety & Educational Foundation, RVSEF. We were overweight on the front right RV tire so we're moving stuff around to try and help that.
